In its seventh year of helping aspiring performers, the Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is awarding scholarships to four performing/theatre arts students for their collegiate studies. The parents of Bernie G. Yvon, a beloved Chicago-area actor who passed away in 2014, established The Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund in 2015, and it has been supported by donations from Bernie’s friends and colleagues.

Thanks to generous contributions from theatre-lovers, friends, and family, the Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund will award its SIXTH scholarships this Spring, 2021.

In its fifth year of helping aspiring performers, the Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is awarding scholarships to five performing/theatre arts students for their collegiate studies. The parents of Bernie G. Yvon, a beloved Chicago-area actor who passed away in 2014, established The Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund in 2015 and it has been supported by donations from Bernie’s friends and colleagues. To date, 24 students have had a helping hand from the Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund since it began.

Yvon Memorial Fund, which was established at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida in 2015 by his parents and supported by contributions of hundreds of friends and colleagues.

Generous contributions will allow the Bernie G. Yvon Memorial Fund to award its FOURTH scholarships this Spring, 2019.
